Worm Massage

Hi, This is a beautiful way to massage all your body without anyone else.
But the Presence of GOD.
Lay down on a carpet. Then begin moving left right with your hips in a sinusoidal fashion.
Then begin to move like a typical worm. Move literallhy through the carpet. In the direction of the legs or of the head.
Do this without using your feet or hands as assistance.
Rely on your neck and hips.
You can do this while lying on your stomach too.
It beautifullly stretches the body and you use your natural weight.
Give it a try sometime and check the results by yourself.
This is moving without arms or legs.
So when you do move with them, you fly :)

What it does is involves the body to move in a unusual way and it massagest the deep facsia, connective tissue. When that part of the body is layered and stretched properly, the muscles follow naturally.
Most people make the mistake to trainthe muscles but don't know what connects them. It is the connective tissuse that holds the body together.
And learning to move like a worm, one gradually gets free physiologically as well as psychologically.
The brain begins at the end of your spine. And as sperm one moves with the spine :).
